dirty surfaces mediocre breakfast

i found some issues with the cleanliness. hair was present in the shower and dirt marked many surfaces. additionally, the buffet breakfast was mediocre and did not impress me. a coffee request seemed to surprise the server.

comfortable stay private balcony souvenir shops outdoor space

the hotel provided a comfortable stay. our room had a balcony facing the back of the building. this gave us a nice private outdoor space. also onsite were two large gift shops with souvenirs.

the reception staff was not super cute except for the person at check out, though.

The staff responded promptly to our requests. Our room change was handled without problems. the personnel was kind when answering our questions. fresh food was always available at the restaurant, too.

the breakfast buffet had a good selection. i enjoyed free parking and it was very convenient. our room for four was quite large with a big double bed in the lounge area and another separate double bedroom. the bathroom was also spacious and modern

the new building was clean BUT every bug came in from the outside BECAUSE there were no screens in the windows. the windows needed to be open BECAUSE there was no air-conditioning. i have multiple bites on my legs now

My room was perfect for unwinding after long day trips. It was a superior double room. The buffet breakfast was included. It had a good selection. I enjoyed the walking path. It was right on the doorstep. Two souvenir shops onsite allowed me to find mementos easily.

The absence of air conditioning in the room was only a minor issue. I did not otherwise mind opening windows to keep cool.
